Quality management
The quality of our services is a core component for all decisions and negotiations of the Interfracht Group. All internal structures and work processes are combined in an extensive quality management to be able to offer our service on a consistent level and continually optimise all processes.
Since 1996, all companies of the Interfracht Group have been certified according to ISO 9001 and given the quality seal. Internal audits are regularly carried out by our quality management officers as part of the certification in order to constantly adapt the company's internal processes to the market's requirements. All operative processes within the company are also assessed as part of a repeated external audit.
